Our Changi Airport Departure Terminal outlet is unable to process replacements, returns, or exchanges directly at the store.
However, repair services are available and our team will be happy to assist with any repair-related concerns.
Note: purchases made at our Changi Airport Departure Terminal are final and not eligible for any return or exchange.
We do offer post-purchase support for replacements and repairs, depending on the situation:
1. Replacements (Within Warranty) - Online Requests only
If your item is found to have a manufacturing defect, please drop us a message on our website chat page or contact us form within 30 days of purchase with your receipt and a clear photo of the issue. If your item is from our Gldsmth (fine jewellery) range, please refer to the extended warranty period here.
To qualify:
• The item must be unused and in original condition
• Proof of purchase is required
• The issue must fall under our list of admissible damages
2. Repairs (Beyond Warranty)
If your item is no longer under warranty or is not eligible for replacement, you may still request a paid repair service.
Our team will assess the condition of the item and provide a quotation before proceeding.
Repairs are subject to:
• Availability of spare parts
• The nature of the damage
• Shipping costs (where applicable)
