Our Changi Airport Departure Terminal outlet is unable to process replacements, returns, or exchanges directly at the store.

Note: purchases made at our Changi Airport Departure Terminal are final and not eligible for any return or exchange. 

We do offer post-purchase support for replacements, depending on the situation:

Replacements (Within Warranty) - Online Requests only

If your item is found to have a manufacturing defect, please drop us a message on our website chat page or contact us form within 30 days of purchase with your receipt and a clear photo of the issue. If your item is from our Gldsmth (fine jewellery) range, please refer to the extended warranty period here

To qualify:

    •    The item must be unused and in original condition

    •    Proof of purchase is required

    •    The issue must fall under our list of admissible damages
