<h3 id="isPasted">Fine Jewellery Replacement Terms and Conditions</h3><ol><li start="1" style="counter-increment: li 0; color: rgb(70, 70, 70);">This set of terms and conditions apply to all fine jewellery products housed under By Invite Only&apos;s fine jewellery capsule collection, <a href="https://www.byinviteonly.shop/collections/gldsmth" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">gldsmth</a>.</li><li style="color: rgb(70, 70, 70);">Purchased items can only be replaced once.</li><li style="color: rgb(70, 70, 70);">By Invite Only&apos;s replacement covers a timeframe of 3&#xA0;months from the date of purchase. This is inclusive of weekends and public holidays. This warranty does not&#xA0;cover:<ol style="color: initial;"><li style="color: rgb(70, 70, 70);">Loss or theft</li><li style="color: rgb(70, 70, 70);">Damages attained from daily wear and tear<ul style="color: initial;"><li style="color: rgb(70, 70, 70);">Example: expansion of chains, dents or scratches on stones.</li></ul></li><li style="color: rgb(70, 70, 70);">Purchases made using online auction sites or unauthorised resellers</li><li style="color: rgb(70, 70, 70);">Customised items</li><li style="color: rgb(70, 70, 70);">Loss of earring backing/stopper</li><li style="color: rgb(70, 70, 70);">Ring / Earrings bent due to wear and tear.&#xA0;</li></ol></li><li style="color: rgb(70, 70, 70);">Requests received within four&#xA0;to twelve&#xA0;months from the purchase date will receive &#xA0;complimentary&#xA0;repair. The customer will bear any return shipping cost.&#xA0;</li><li style="color: rgb(70, 70, 70);">If replacement is unavailable and repair is not feasible, the customer will receive store credits based on the amount paid.
