Returns and Replacement

1. Are products purchased during the Mid Year Sale promotion eligible for returns and/or exchanges?

Yes, however any products purchased utilising store credits/gift cards and/or products purchased with a discount of 30% or higher will not be valid for any return or exchange.

Due to the promotion, please expect a delay of up to 3 business days for our team to work on your request.

Eligibility for Exchange: Items purchased at a discount or during promotional sale periods are eligible for exchange, subject to stock availability and within our standard exchange window.

Price Adjustments and Promotional Value:

  • Exchange for Other Sale Items: The promotional discount will only be honored if the item is exchanged for another product that is currently on sale.

  • Exchange for Non-Sale Items: If an exchange is made for a regular-priced item, the promotional discount will not apply to the new product. The price difference will be charged to match the current retail value of the new item.

Exchanges After the Promotional Period: In the event that an exchange is requested after the promotional or sale period has concluded, the original discount will no longer be valid for the exchange. The price difference will be charged to match the current retail value of the new item.

2. The item I've received is wrong and/or damaged. Can I send them for replacement?

Yes! Our team strives to provide quality jewellery, and we apologise for this incident. As long as your item is within our warranty period of 30 days and falls under our list of admissible damages, we will definitely be able to issue a replacement for free.

Kindly head to our Self Service Centre to provide more information with regard to your case. Due to the promotion, please expect a delay of up to 3 business days for our team to work on your request. We seek your understanding on this.

Please note that we do not provide self-collection for any After Sales Services  at our office.

In-Store After Sales Services

Please note that in-store replacements are dependent on the product's in-store stock availability. Reservations of jewellery are not available in all stores.
