Do I need to pay to get my item repaired?Updated 6 months ago

All repairs past the warranty period will incur a repair charge that will cover crafter charges. Please note that discounts are not applicable to repair fees.

Repairs within warranty will be charged if the item is damaged due to one of the followings:

  1. Jewellery crushed or trampled by a heavy object ( such as a car, trolley, or by foot) 
  2. Jewellery damaged by accidental handling. 
  3. Jewellery damaged due to negligence ( such as exposure to acid, alcohol wipes or non-jewellery-friendly products). Click here to find out more about our jewellery care. 
  4. Jewellery damaged due to wear and tear.
  5. This includes but is not limited to the following:
    • Scatches
    • Deformities in the shape of Huggies 
    • Deformities on the earring post

There will be no administrative charges for repairs. 

Repairs will take 6 to 8 weeks (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date your item is received as we may need to employ specialised crafters to tend to your request.
