2. Kindly note that repair services are not available for this item.
3. Item has a warranty that covers a timeframe of 7 days from date of purchase. This is inclusive of weekends and public holidays. This warranty does not cover damages caused by wear and tear, and does not cover lost items.

Replacement

• Please note that this item is 100% handcrafted. As it is handmade, there will be slight variations on the shape, size, thickness, and design on each Jewellery Trinket Dish. Only items that are broken or sent wrongly, will be valid for replacements.
• Replacements at the store will be made via our self service centre as the items are not stocked at the store. We'll arrange for the replaced item to be delivered to your address.
