1. Are products purchased during the 3.3 Sale at 33% Off promotion eligible for returns and/or exchanges?

2. The item I've received is wrong and/or damaged. Can I send them for replacement?
Yes! Our team strives to provide quality jewellery, and we apologise for this incident. As long as your item is within our warranty period of 30 days and falls under our list of admissible damages, we will definitely be able to issue a replacement for free.
Kindly head to our Self Service Centre to provide more information with regard to your case. Due to the promotion, please expect a delay of up to 3 business days for our team to work on your request. We seek your understanding on this.
Please note that we do not provide self-collection for any After Sales Services at our office.
