Exchange Terms and Conditions
- All items purchased using a 30% discount and above will not be valid for exchanges.
- Any exchange similar to a return will be honoured
- Purchased items can only be exchanged once
- Exchanged items will be valued as per the amount it was purchased at
- The price of the exchanged item should be equal to the new item
- If there is an increase in price, a top up will be required and it will be borne by the customer
- If a customer chooses to exchange their purchase for an item of lesser value, refunds will not be provided.
- Any shipping or delivery costs will be borne by the customer. Kindly note that we are not liable for lost packages en route to our warehouse.
- No returns, exchanges, or replacements are valid for customised items.
- Online exchanges are dependant on the item's online stock availability;
- All in-store exchanges are dependent on the selected item's in-store stock availability.

- You may exchange at a different outlet which your purchased from.
- Exchange requests regarding stones are only available in-store.
- Exchange requests can be made in-stores or online via our Self-Service Centre
- You may exchange standard jewellery (except for Gldsmth items) at any By Invite Only outlets, regardless of where they were purchased from. Please note Gldsmth items are available for exchange only at our outlet in ION, JEM, Bugis Junction & NEX.
- Exchanges are not available for customers not residing in Singapore. Please proceed with a return.
- Jewellery care and add-on items such as extensions and backings are not valid for exchanges.

Exchange Validity
Item(s) in new and original condition can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase (inclusive of weekends and public holidays) with the exception of:
- designs that were on final sale and/or were sold at more than a 30% and above discount
- designs that were offered as 'deal of the day'
- designs that were offered as Past Season sales, Sample Sales, Deal of the Week, September Specials, Final Sale or Last Chance
- all stationery products (i.e. greeting cards)
- gift boxes and/or packaging
Items purchased using store credits or gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. Learn more about store credits.
In-store Exchanges
- All in-store exchanges are dependent on the selected item's in-store stock availability.
- Exchange requests regarding stones are only available in-store.
- If the selected item is not available in-store, please head over to our Self-Service Centre.
Online Exchanges
- All online exchanges are dependent on the selected item's stock availability online at the time of request being reviewed by the Customer Service team.
- Exchange orders will be processed as soon as the initially purchased item arrives in our office.
- Online requests cannot be completed via our retail stores, even if you go down to drop the item off. The item will be reserved from our warehouse inventory if you've made a request online.
- The Customer Service team will issue the final invoice for an online exchange in a separate email.
- Paid exchange orders will be kept in our warehouse for 30 days.
- Thereafter, the company resumes ownership of the item(s) and reserves the right of disposal. Payment received for item(s) will be withheld as damages for the breach of contractual terms.
