Crystal Club Terms and Conditions

1. Crystal Club points do not expire.
2. All gift items redeemed using Crystal Club points are not valid for any After Sales Services. 
3. All Crystal Club benefits, offers, and services are subject to availability and may be subject to change at any time without notice.
4. Crystal Club discounts and gift redemption codes are not stackable with any promotions. 
5. Only one discount code can be applied per order.
6. The discount code for the birthday reward will be applied only after your birth date has passed. If you decide to make any changes to your membership account after your birth date, the points will be automatically credited on your next birthday. 
7. The referral discount code is only applied to the customer's first purchase with the brand, regardless of whether online or in-store. 
8. Points would not be issued to the referee if the referral discount code was not applied to the referral's first purchase. 
9. The referral discount code is not applicable for Gldmsth- fine jewellery collection. 
10. If a customer chooses to return only a portion of their order, the Crystal Club points utilised will not be refunded. However, if they decide to return the entire order, the points will be automatically reverted.
