Shopping In-Stores

1. How will the 11.11 Holiday Storewide Sale promotion work in-stores?

Discounts will be applied by our retail team at checkout.


2. Do you have a particular product stocked at a particular store?

We strongly advise all customers to check stock availability before heading down to the stores to purchase. Simply locate the product on our website and click on ‘Find in Store’ to check if your product is available in-stores.


3. Do you have the same selection online and in-stores?

Due to space constraints, we are unable to display the same product selection across all stores. To check if your product is available in-stores, simply locate the product on our website and click on ‘Find in Store’ section. 


4. Will I receive crystal club points for my store purchases? 

Yes! Simply share with our retail team your account email address during checkout and points will be awarded for your in-store purchases. 

Note that orders purchased with store credits do not receive Crystal Club points.


5. Can I try jewellery on at the store?

Yes, you can – all shoppers are allowed to try on jewellery, except earrings. Alcohol swabs are used to sterilise each piece after every try.


6. Can I reserve jewellery that’s available at the store?

Due to the limited quantity of products, we are unable to reserve any products currently available at the store. Do visit the store as soon as possible before it's sold out!

7. What are the stores' operating hours during the sale?

Operating Hours

  • All stores except ION Orchard:

    • Thursday to Sunday: 11AM to 9PM

    • Friday to Saturday: 11AM to 9.30PM

  • ION Orchard

    • Daily: 11AM to 9.30PM

8. Can I use store credits?

Yes, you can! 

However, products purchased using store credits cannot be returned or exchanged.
