Fine Jewellery Replacement Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all fine jewellery products within By Invite Only’s fine jewellery capsule collection, gldsmth.
Replacement Policy: Purchased items are eligible for a one-time replacement only. We do not offer repair services.
Warranty Period: Our replacement warranty covers a timeframe of 12 months from the date of purchase (inclusive of weekends and public holidays).
What is not covered:
Loss or theft of the item.
Damages resulting from daily wear and tear (e.g., expansion of chains, dents, or scratches on stones).
Rings or earrings that have been bent due to wear and tear.
Loss of earring backings or stoppers.
Purchases made through online auction sites or unauthorized resellers.
Customized items.
Resolution Process:
All replacement requests are reviewed based on these terms and conditions and the validity of the product damage.
If a replacement for your specific item is unavailable, the customer will receive store credits based on the original amount paid. You can learn more about our store credits here.
The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs associated with the warranty claim.
By Invite Only reserves the right to reject any replacement request that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
Fine Jewellery Replacement Process
Singapore Residents: Delivery/purchases that reside in Singapore will qualify for the following replacement process.
- Replacement is available online and in stores (subjected to store stock availability)
- To request a replacement, please head down to any By Invite Only stores where our friendly retail team can assist you.
- Alternatively, you may submit your return request via our Self-Service centre here to receive your replacement request approved before dropping the item off your item.
International/ Tourist: Customers not residing in Singapore will qualify for the following replacement process.
- Kindly submit your replacement request via our portal here.
- Replacement will be valid upon item evaluation in Singapore. Product validity will be based on our terms and conditions.
- The customer will bear any duties and taxes as its value varies depending on each country.
- If the customer rejects any replacement delivery due to duties and taxes, the customer will bear a re-delivery cost.
