Exchange, Return, Repair, and Replacement

1. If I bought something during the Mother’s Day Sale, is it valid for returns and exchanges?

Yes, however items purchased utilising store credits/gift cards will not be valid for any return or exchange. Additionally items enjoying any of our sale promotions are not valid for a return with cash refund. 

Due to the sale, please expect a delay of up to 3 business days for our team to work on your request.


2. The item I've received is wrong and/or damaged. Can I send them for repair or replacement?

Yes! Our team strives to provide quality jewellery, and we apologise for this incident. As long as your item is within our warranty period of 30 days, we will definitely be able to issue a replacement or repair for free.

Kindly head to our Self Service Centre to provide more information with regard to your case. Due to the sale, please expect a delay of up to 3 business days for our team to work on your request. We seek your understanding on this.

Please note that we do not provide exchange services for self-collection at our office.

3. How long will repairs take?

During this peak season, the repair process can take up to 8 weeks.

Please be advised that our Customer Service Team will update you as soon as your repair request is completed. Thank you for your understanding.


In-Store After Sales Services

Please note that in-store exchanges and replacements are dependent on the product's in-store stock availability. Reservations of jewellery are not available in all stores. 

In the event that your preferred design is unavailable in-store, we will be happy to assist you with a return as long as your item is under warranty and After Sales Service terms.
