Return Terms and Conditions

  1. All items purchased using a 30% discount and above will not be valid for returns
  2. Purchased items can only be returned once
  3. Returns can be processed in store credit or monetary refund (cash/payment method) dependant on the customer's point of purchase and residency. Please view our validity terms below. 
  4. Return requests must comply with our validity conditions. 
  5. Return requests and refunds are not instantly validated. The entire process may take up to 21 business days to be concluded, depending on your bank. (Please view return methods section below for more details)
  6. Urgent return requests will not be entertained.
  7. If your order consists of a Gift with Purchase, further terms and conditions may apply. 
  8. Any shipping cost will be borne by the customer. We would recommend choosing a shipping option that has a tracking option. Please note that we are not liable for lost packages en route to our warehouse. 
    • Any shipping duties and taxes will be borne by the customer. 
  9. If you wish to return a gift, only store credits can be issued to the recipient's account. Cash refund is not available for gift returns. 
  10. Return requests can be made in-store or online via our Self-Service Centre.
  11. If a customer decides to return a part of their order for a cash refund, the order will no longer qualify for any promotional discounts. The amount of the cash refund will be deducted, and we might charge a lower discount rate or the retail price for any remaining items. 
  12. If a customer chooses to return only a portion of their order, the Crystal Club points utilised will not be refunded. However, if they choose to return the entire order, the points will be automatically reverted. 
  13. Items purchased with shopping mall vouchers are not valid for cash refunds. You may submit a return with store credits should the item fulfil our returns validity. 
  14. By Invite Only reserves the right to reject any returns if it does not comply with our terms and conditions. 
  15. Jewellery care items are not valid for returns.



Return Methods and Validity

Singapore resident
Delivery/purchase for customers who reside in Singapore will qualify this return method.


  • A monetary refund strictly 7 days from the purchase date (including purchase date, weekends and public holidays) is not valid for gift returns requests. 
    • For example, if you made a purchase on Sunday, 1 January 2023, The last date to request a return in monetary refund would be Saturday, 7 January 2023.
    • Monetary refund takes 14-21 working days to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or type of 3rd party payment method
  • store credits strictly 30 days from date of purchase (inclusive of weekends, public holidays and purchase date)
    • Store credits refund takes 14 working days to be processed and issued from our end 
Tourist
Purchases made at any of our physical stores for customers residing outside of Singapore will qualify for this return method. 


  • A monetary refund strictly 7 days from purchase date (inclusive of weekends, public holidays and purchase date) is not valid for gift returns requests.
    • Physical store cash refund
    • Bank transfer that is accepting Singapore Dollars. 
  • Store credits strictly 30 days from purchase date (inclusive of weekends and public holidays)
International customers 
Delivery/ purchase via our website to customers residing outside of Singapore will qualify for this return method.

Includes customers who purchase at a pop-up store outside of Singapore. 

  • A monetary refund strictly 7 days from the date of shipment received (inclusive of weekends, Singapore public holidays and purchase date)


All returned item(s) must be in original condition 

With the exception of:

  • designs that were on final sale and/or were sold at more than a 30% and above discount
  • designs that were offered as 'deal of the day'
  • designs that were offered as Past Season Sale, Sample Sale, Deal of the Week, Final Sale, Last Chance or September Specials
  • all stationery products (i.e. greeting cards)
  • gift boxes and/or packaging

Items purchased using store credits or gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. Learn more about store credits.

Item(s) must additionally meet the following criteria:

  1. In brand new, unused condition with no signs of use or damage.
  2. In its original packaging (satin drawstring pouch, excluding the shipping box) that it came with.
  3. Purchased with legal tender. 

Should the returned item(s) not meet the above return terms and conditions, we reserve the right to deny the return request and have the item(s) sent back to customers. Shipping charges may apply and will be borne by the customer.




Returns Terms and Conditions for Jewellery Boxes

The item(s) must be:

  1. In brand new, unused condition with no signs of use or damage.
  2. In its original packaging (satin drawstring pouch, excluding the shipping box) that it came with.
  3. Purchased with legal tender
  4. Product return validity will follow according to the returns validity conditions. 

Should the returned item(s) not meet the above return terms and conditions, we reserve the right to deny the return request and have the item(s) sent back to customers. Shipping charges may apply and will be borne by the customer.
