Gift with Purchase (GWP) Policy

All Gift with Purchase (GWP) items are strictly non-refundable, non-replaceable, and non-exchangeable.

Returns and Refunds involving GWPs :If you decide to return an item from your order for a cash refund (or original payment method), the following conditions apply:

• GWP Return Requirement: The GWP must be returned along with your item in its original, unused condition.

• Used or Missing GWPs: In the event that the GWP has been used, opened, or is not included in your return parcel, the Full Retail Price (RTP) of the GWP will be forfeited. This amount will be automatically deducted from your total cash refund.

We recommend ensuring all promotional items are included in your return package to receive your full refund amount.
