Return Terms & Conditions
Items purchased at a 30% discount or higher are final sale and not eligible for returns.
All returns must include the original jewellery box, pouch, and card insert. Failure to include these may result in your request being rejected.
Each purchase is eligible for a one-time return only.
Returns are processed via store credit or original payment method, depending on the point of purchase and residency.
Gifts: Returns for gift items are issued as store credit only.
Mall Vouchers: Items purchased with mall vouchers are eligible for store credit only.
Refunds are not instant and can take up to 14 business days to complete, depending on bank processing times. Urgent requests cannot be entertained.
All return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not liable for lost parcels.
Promotions & Points: If a partial return disqualifies an order from a promotion, the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the full retail price of remaining items. To know more about our GWP Policy, may click link here.
Crystal Club Points: Points are only reinstated if the entire order is returned.
Discount Codes: Codes used on returned orders will not be reissued.
Gift with Purchase (GWP) items, jewellery care products, and add-ons (extensions/backings) are strictly non-refundable.
Requests can be made in-store or via our online Self-Service Centre.
By Invite Only reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with these terms.
Return Methods and Validity

Non-Returnable Items & Condition Policy
To be eligible for a return, items must have been purchased with legal tender. The following are not eligible:
Sale Items: Designs sold at a 30% discount or higher, or those marked as Final Sale, Last Chance, Deal of the Day/Week, Sample Sale, Past Season Sale, or September Specials.
All greeting cards and stationery products.
Any items purchased using store credits or gift cards.
All returned items must be in original, brand-new, and unused condition with no signs of wear or damage.
Items must be returned in their complete original packaging, including:
Jewellery box
Jewellery pouch
Card insert (You do not need to return the original mailing box or paper bag).
By Invite Only reserves the right to deny any return request that does not meet these criteria. If a return is rejected, the item(s) will be sent back to the customer, and any applicable shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
