Shopping Online

1. How do I qualify for this promotion?

Discounted prices will be reflected at checkout when the total cart value is above the minimum spend. Please note that this promotion will apply on regular-priced jewellery (excluding fine jewellery (gldsmth), gift wrap, gift cards and discounted products) only.


2. What is the promo code?

No promo codes are required. Discount will be applied automatically in your cart and at checkout.


3. Can I use member rewards during the Year End Sale?

Yes, but they are not stackable with the Year End Sale promotion. You’re allowed to decide only on using either your member rewards/credit card promotion or the Year End Sale promotion to offset your purchases. 

Only one promotion code can be utilised in any order. 


4. Can I use Atome & Grabpay with this promotion?

Yes, Atome and Grabpay can be used as payment methods at checkout.


5. Will I still receive Crystal Club points on my purchases during the sale?

Yes! Simply log into your account and make a purchase. Every S$1 earns 1 point. Diamond and VIP Crystal Club members will receive 2 points for every S$1 spent.

Note that orders purchased with store credits do not receive Crystal Club points.


6. Is there a limit on the number of products I can purchase?

No, there is no limit on the number of products or total value that you can purchase. Happy shopping!


7. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be cancelled within 8 hours from the time of purchase. To make a cancellation request, kindly head over to our Self-Service Centre or email our friendly customer service team at [email protected] for assistance.

Please note jewellery purchased with a discount of more than 30% are final and not valid for any return, exchange or cancellation. However, you may choose to change to another design if needed.


8. Can I use store credits to make a purchase during the sale?

Yes, simply input your loyalty/store credit code into the discount box and click apply to activate it. However, please note that products purchased using store credits cannot be returned or exchanged.
