Some good-to-know information:

1. Store credits are issued to your account when:
   1. You've been refunded store credits.
   2. You've been awarded store credits.
2. Store credits can be used online and in-stores.
3. Store credits expire within 12 months from date of issue.
4. Any balance of store credits that is not utilised will remain in your account.
   If you have S$50 of store credits in your account and would like to spend S$40, S$10 will remain in your account and can be used in the next transaction.
