We have set up a self-service kiosk to make your returns process more convenient. You can drop off any approved returns directly at the kiosk for a hassle-free return.

What should I bring with me to the Self-Service Kiosk?

To complete your return, please bring the following items:

1. The RMA Number from your approved return request
2. The jewellery you wish to return
3. Any gift with purchase that came with the respective order (Applicable for monetary refund requests)

All other necessary items will be provided at the kiosk.

Where are the Self-Service Kiosks located at?

At the moment, the kiosk is only available in our Bugis Junction store. It is located on the right side of the store entrance.

Terms and conditions for using the Self-Service Kiosk

• An approved RMA Number and Order ID must accompany all return requests
• By Invite Only reserves the right to reject any return that does not have an RMA Number and/or have not registered with the Return Request.
• All Return Request must adhere to the returns terms and conditions,
• All Return Requests will be processed within 14 business days from the date of item drop off at the Self-Service Kiosk.
• Urgent requests will not be entertained.
• If you have requested for a monetary refund (not store credit) and your order consists of a Gift with Purchase, the Gift with Purchase must also be returned for the Return Request to be valid.
