Repair Terms and Conditions

1. Repairs on jewellery no longer covered by its warranty period will be chargeable.
   • By Invite Only's warranty covers a timeframe of 30 days from the date of purchase. This is inclusive of weekends and public holidays. 
   • By Invite Only's warranty cover damages on jewellery due to manufacturing issues only.

2. Repairs will take 4 to 6 weeks (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date your item is received OR the date your item was dropped off at our stores.
   • We may need to employ specialised crafters to tend to your request.
3. Repair services are applicable exclusively to jewellery purchased from By Invite Only. 
   • All repair requests must be associated with an Order ID to be verified.
4. Repairs within warranty will be chargeable if the item is damaged due to one but not limited to:
   • Jewellery crushed or trampled by a heavy object ( such as a car, trolley, or by foot) 
   • Jewellery damaged by accidental handling. 
   • Jewellery damaged due to negligence ( such as exposure to acid, alcohol wipes or non-jewellery-friendly products). 
   • Jewellery damaged due to wear and tear.
   • This includes but is not limited to the following:
     • Scatches
     • Deformities in the shape of Huggies 
     • Deformities on the earring post
   • Loose Huggies clasps. 
5. Sample sale and Past Season Sale items are considered Final Sales and, therefore, not eligible for repair services.
6. Discount codes cannot be utilised on repair fees as your item will be sent to a specialised crafter. 
7. Should the customer fail to provide any response or update within 2 months from the date of drop off, the company resumes ownership of the item(s) and reserves the right of disposal.
8. Similar to self-collection orders, all repair requests or repaired items that have been sent down to our outlet for collection will be kept in the store for 1 month. The company resumes ownership of the item(s) and reserves the disposal right.
