All purchases made at our Changi Airport Departure Terminal store are final. 

Due to the tax-free nature of the airport retail environment, we are unable to process any returns, exchanges, or refunds for items purchased at this location.

This policy is in place to comply with GST-free regulations and the immediate outbound travel of most customers. We kindly ask that you check your items carefully before completing your purchase. Our retail team will be happy to assist you with sizing or product queries on the spot.

If you believe your item is defective, please drop us a message on our website chat page or contact us form within 30 days of purchase with your receipt and a clear photo of the issue. While returns are not possible, we’ll do our best to review the matter and support you accordingly.
