If your discount code doesn't seem to work, troubleshoot with the following:

1. Check the validity date of your discount code

2. Check for any spelling errors. 

3. Check if your cart has any items from our fine jewellery (gldsmth) collection

4. Ensure that your cart contains the correct item for the discount code. (e.g. Crystal Club Redemption items) 

5. Please note that all additional discounts, including Crystal Club discount vouchers, are invalid during sale seasons. (e.g. Mother's Day Sale, 11.11 Mega Sale)
