Can I get my item repaired?Updated 13 hours ago

We no longer provide repair services for any jewellery. 

To ensure consistent quality control and faster turnaround times for our customers, we have reviewed our after-sales processes and made the decision to cease repairs.


What support options are available instead?

  • Warranty replacements for manufacturing defects within the warranty period

  • Exchanges or returns in line with our Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • Product care guidance to help prevent further wear or damage

For jewellery maintenance, we recommend our Jewellery Care products! These care kits will help to bring back your items to shine but do note that it will not restore the plating on heavily discoloured jewellery.

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with repairs for items outside the warranty period. We recommend consulting a trusted third-party jeweller or repair specialist for further assistance.
