Exchange, Return, Repair, and Replacement
1. If I bought something during the 11.11 Holiday Storewide Sale, is it valid for returns and exchanges?
Yes, however products purchased utilising store credits/gift cards and products purchased with a discount of 30% or higher will not be valid for any return or exchange.
Additionally, please note items purchased during our 11.11 Holiday Storewide Sale are not applicable for a return with cash refund.

As we are nearing the festive season, items purchased between 6 November 2025 to 30 November 2025 will receive a warranty extension of return*, exchange, and/or replacement up till 31 December 2025.
*Only applies to returns in the form of store credits.
For all exchange requests, the original discount (if any) will be applied to the item being exchanged. Any prevailing store promotions or discounts at the time of the exchange will not be extended.
Due to the sale, please expect a delay of up to 3 business days for our team to work on your request.
2. The product I've received is wrong and / or damaged. Can I request for a replacement?
Yes! Our team strives to provide quality jewellery, and we apologise for this incident. As long as your product is within our warranty period of 30 days, we will definitely be able to issue a replacement for free.
Kindly head to our Self Service Centre to provide more information with regard to your case. Due to the sale, please expect a delay of up to 3 business days for our team to work on your request. We seek your understanding on this.
Alternatively, you may head to any of our stores to request for a replacement if your item is damaged. Kindly inform our retail team of your order number and they will assist you accordingly. All in-stores replacements are based on selected store stock availability.
Please note that we do not provide exchange services or self-collection at our office.

3. Can I send in my item for a repair?
Repair services will be temporarily paused from 5 November 2025 to 4 January 2026, and will reopen on 5 January 2026 (Monday).
As this period coincides with our peak season (11.11 sale, year-end, and festive campaigns), we will be focusing on fulfilling orders and customer requests during this time.

In-Store After Sales Services
Please note that in-store exchanges and replacements are dependent on the product's in-store stock availability. Reservations of jewellery are not available at all stores.
