This giveaway is open to all customers who make a minimum spend of S$120 in a single receipt, either in-store or online at www.byinviteonly.shop, during the giveaway period.
Purchases must be made between 11 August 2025 and 31 August 2025, both dates inclusive.
Only customers who complete and submit the official giveaway entry form will be eligible for the draw.
Each qualifying purchase allows for one (1) giveaway entry. Multiple entries are allowed with separate qualifying purchases and corresponding form submissions.
Employees of By Invite Only and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

To enter, eligible customers must complete the entry form linked in the post-purchase email or campaign landing page. Submission must be made by 31 August 2025, 11:59 PM (SGT).
Incomplete, inaccurate or late submissions will not be considered.

One (1) winner will receive a 3-day, 2-night staycation at Pullman Singapore Hill Street, in a Deluxe Room with Bay View, inclusive of breakfast for 2 pax.
The staycation will be issued in the form of a digital voucher and is subject to the hotel’s availability, blackout dates, and its own terms and conditions.
The voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

One (1) winner will be selected by By Invite Only at its full and sole discretion after the giveaway period ends.
The winner will be notified via email by 15 September 2025.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, By Invite Only reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
All room/reservation-related enquiries are to be directed to Pullman Singapore Hill Street.

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and all decisions made by By Invite Only, which are final.
By Invite Only reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or in breach of these terms.

By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data by By Invite Only for the purpose of administering the giveaway and contacting the winner.
The winner may be asked for consent to allow their name or photo to be used in promotional materials or social media posts related to the giveaway. This is entirely optional.

By Invite Only reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the giveaway or its terms at any time, without prior notice and without liability, due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues.

By Invite Only shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from or in connection with the participation in this giveaway or the acceptance or use of the prize.
All decisions by By Invite Only regarding the giveaway, including the selection of the winner, are final and binding.
