What happens when I opt for self-collection?Updated 15 days ago

Let's break it down.

1. Order confirmed: a confirmation email will be sent to you
   • This summarises and acknowledges your order. It will detail your order number, the items ordered, shipping method chosen, and any other relevant information.
     
     
2. Order packed
   • This takes up to 4-5 business days once your order is confirmed. Once processed, your order is packed and ready to go!
     
     
3. Order leaves our doorstep
   • Your order has left the warehouse and is on the way to one of our self-collection points!
     
     
4. Order ready for collection: a shipment notification email will be sent to you
   • Your order is now ready for collection at one of our self-collection points! Please collect your items within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please note that we do not process orders on weekends and public holidays.
