Store credits are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Store credits are valid for 12 months (1 year) from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
• Store credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Lost, damaged, or expired store credits will not be replaced.
• Items purchased using store credits are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Store credits cannot be applied to an order that has already been paid for. Once payment has been completed, no refunds in cash or store credits will be issued.
• Store credits can be used together with eligible discount codes or promotions, unless otherwise specified.
• Store credits cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.
• Store credits may only be used to purchase jewellery and lifestyle products that are available for sale. They cannot be used to pay for services, including but not limited to repair fees.
• These terms are in place to prevent the misuse and abuse of store credits.
