The Reevaluation Process is kicked in when an investigation is required.
If a jewellery item is causing a reaction against sensitive skin, the following must be determined before an investigation is conducted:
- Is this the first time you're wearing By Invite Only?
- Have you tried other finishings from By Invite Only?
- How long have you been wearing this item?
- Do you have any known allergies to metal?
