The Reevaluation Process is kicked in when an investigation is required.

If a jewellery item is causing a reaction against sensitive skin, the following must be determined before an investigation is conducted:

1. Is this the first time you're wearing By Invite Only?
2. Have you tried other finishings from By Invite Only?
3. How long have you been wearing this item?
4. Do you have any known allergies to metal?
