Gift redemptions can now be done online and at the stores.

To redeem a gift from Crystal Club online:

1. Log in to Crystal Club
2. Under Your Rewards, you may redeem the gift of your choice
   
3. Click Get Reward, then click Yes
   
4. A voucher code will be generated in yellow. Copy the code and select on Go to cart
   
   
5. Input the voucher code at checkout
   
6. Click Apply to validate the voucher code.
   

To redeem a gift from Crystal Club at our stores:

• Simply reach out or inform our retail staff when you visit, and they will be happy to help you process your gift redemption on the spot.
