Atome is By Invite Only's 'buy now, pay later' partner!
Over the course of three instalments, your bills will be deducted automatically from your credit or debit card (if you've given the app permission to do so).

How do I use Atome?
Online
- At checkout, select Atome as your payment method.
- You will be redirected to Atome, where you will pay the first of three instalments. The next two payments will be due 30 days apart with 0% interest.
- If you've got the Atome app, you can also check on your payment cycle.
In-stores
Let our friendly store team know that you would like to pay via Atome, and they will help you through the steps!
If I paid using Atome, can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can. Orders can be cancelled within 8 hours from the time of purchase.
To make a cancellation request,
- please head on over to our Self-Service Centre, OR
- kindly email our friendly customer service team at [email protected] for assistance.
If the request goes through, Atome will issue a refund for the first instalment made. The second and third instalments will be cancelled.
If you have utilised a voucher on your purchase and requested a partial refund, a "non-refundable" amount will be applied to your refund. This term is used by the Atome team to avoid voucher abuse. Atome will deduct the voucher amount applied to the refund amount each time a partial refund is requested.

How do I know if my payment has gone through?
After you've successfully checked out, you should receive an email confirming your order. If you're still unsure of the status of your payment, please check your account via Atome's mobile app.
