Where do you ship your jewellery from?

All items are shipped from our warehouse in Singapore. Our pieces are hand-picked and wrapped individually by the By Invite Only Singapore team members. 

Will I be charged for duties and taxes?

The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. All duties and taxes will be calculated at the check-out page. 

If you have selected Pay on delivery, you will be responsible for all customs and taxes when the package arrives. 

Should you refuse your shipment to avoid duties and taxes, we will, unfortunately, be unable to cancel your order, issue a refund in cash or store credits, or pay for the tax to receive your package. Due to this refusal, you will also be responsible for the re-delivery of your orders.

How long does it take for my order to reach me?

Shipping and processing time typically takes 4-6 business days. Please note that the estimated delivery times for international orders are approximate and may vary depending on the destination country. We encourage you to regularly check the tracking link provided with your order confirmation to view the most current and exact delivery information

Can I ship to a PO box?

Orders cannot be shipped to a PO box as all packages require a signature upon delivery.
