We award Crystal Club points on a per order basis.

Receive 30 Crystal Club points for a text review.

If you've made a purchase from Singapore,

you will receive a notification email within 10 to 12 business days prompting you to leave a review. Please note that points will be credited only if you leave your review through this email.

If you've made an international purchase, you will receive a notification email within 14 to 16 business days.

If you do not receive an email from us, kindly email [email protected] and we will get back to you within 1 to 2 business days.
