  • Cash refund: If you request a cash refund for any miffy product and your order value (after the refund) falls below S$150, the pouch must be returned.

    • Example: If you return one miffy item but still have other miffy items and your total order value remains ≥ S$150, you may keep the pouch.
      
      

  • Store credits refund: If you request a store credits refund for a miffy product and your order no longer contains any miffy items, the pouch must be returned.

    • Example: Returning a non-miffy product (even if your total spend drops below S$150) will not require you to return the pouch.
