Eligible jewellery purchases made between 4 November to 2 December 2026 will qualify for a one-time return, exchange, or replacement until 31 December 2026, subject to the terms and conditions below.

Eligibility:

• Applies to eligible jewellery purchases made within the stated eligibility period.

• Final sale items and items purchased at discounts of 30% or higher are excluded from returns and exchanges.

• All requests are subject to verification and the applicable after-sales conditions.

Terms & Conditions:

• Purchases made under promotional sales, including the 11.11 Sale and Year-End Sale, are strictly non-returnable and are not eligible for cash or store credit refunds.

• Promotional sale purchases may only qualify for a one-time exchange or replacement, subject to eligibility and the applicable promotion terms.

• Items classified as final sale or discounted by 30% or more are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• The extended after-sales benefit does not override existing exclusions or standard return and exchange restrictions.

• The one-time benefit is valid only until 31 December 2026. Requests submitted after this date will not qualify for the extended arrangement.
