No physical receipts are provided with online purchases.
Your order confirmation email would be a digital receipt. Please keep this digital receipt in the event your recipient would like to exchange an item.
If you have not received your confirmation email 2 business days after making your order, do check your spam and junk mailbox. If it is still undelivered, kindly email our friendly customer service team at [email protected] for further assistance.
If you would like a physical gift receipt included with your order,
include it in the notes at checkout and we will have one prepared for you. No prices will be stated. Physical gift receipts are available in-stores as well.
