Discount will automatically apply at checkout on eligible products/orders.

Terms and conditions: Promotion available online and in-store (excluding Changi Airport Terminal 3 store). Applicable on full-priced necklaces and earrings only. The 30% discount will be applied to the lower priced item. Products purchased with this promotion (Buy One Get One at 30% Off) are not valid for returns and exchanges. Not valid for all other products, including fine jewellery (gldsmth). No stacking with other discount codes allowed. Other terms below apply.


Shopping Online

1. If I purchase more than two items in one cart, which items will enjoy the 30% discount?

If you are buying three items, the eligible product that has the lowest price will enjoy the lowest discount.

If you are buying four items, two eligible products with the lowest price will enjoy the 30% discount.


2. What is the promo code?

No promotion code needed, the discount will apply automatically.


3. The item I want is sold out. Will you be restocking it?

We will not be restocking during the promotion period. If you’d like to be notified if it’s restocked after the promotion period, please click on ‘Notify Me When Available’.


4. Can I use my member rewards during the Buy One Get One at 30% Off promotion?

Yes, you may. However, you won’t be able to stack your discount codes as only one discount code can be utilised in an order. 


5. Will I still receive Crystal Club points on my purchases during the promotion?

Yes! Simply log into your account and make a purchase. Every S$1 earns 1 point. Diamond and VIP Crystal Club members will receive 2 points for every S$1 spent.


6. Can I use Atome & Grabpay with this promotion?

Yes, Atome and Grabpay can be used as payment methods at checkout.


7. Is there a limit on the number of items/total value I can purchase?  

No, there is no limit on the number of items or total value that you can purchase. Happy shopping!


8. Can I cancel my order? 

Orders are final and no further return, exchange or cancellation is allowed. However, you may choose to change your order and our friendly customer service team will amend your order if it has yet to be processed. You may reach our CS team at [email protected]


9. Can I use store credits?

Yes, simply input your loyalty code into the discount box and click apply to activate it. However, please note that items purchased using store credits cannot be returned or exchanged.
