All preorder items require 10–15 business days to be processed and delivered to you.

• Processing time is 10 - 13 business days while delivery takes 1 - 2 working days.
• This timeframe begins once your order has been successfully placed.
• We’ll keep you updated along the way, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your preorder is ready to be dispatched.
• If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, your order will be shipped together once the preorder item is ready. If you’d prefer to receive in-stock items earlier, we recommend placing separate orders.
• Express (same-day) delivery is unavailable for preorders.
