Products purchased with a discount of 30% or higher will not be eligible for exchanges. No discount code or minimum spend is required. All purchases under 11.11 promotion are not valid for returns in cash or store credits. Please note that promotional prices will only be reflected in your shopping cart at checkout.

1. The item I want is sold out. Will you be restocking it?
We will not be restocking more items during the sale. If you’d like to be notified if it’s restocked after the sale, please click on ‘Notify Me When Available’.
2. Can I use my member rewards and/or credit card promotion discount code during the 11.11 Mega Sale?
No. We do not allow stacking of discounts during this period. Only one discount code can be utilised in an order.
If you have redeemed a Crystal Club discount code or a Crystal Club gift voucher, you may use it from 12 November 2026 onwards.
3. Can I use my member rewards on excluded items during the 11.11 Mega Sale?
Yes, member rewards can still be used on items excluded from the sale, such as backings, extensions, and Casablanca sets.
For online purchases, please place separate orders for 11.11 Mega Sale items and excluded items. This allows you to fully enjoy the promotional discounts on eligible items while utilising your member rewards on excluded products.
4. Will I still receive Crystal Club points on my purchases during the sale?
Yes! Simply log into your account and make a purchase. Every S$1 earns 1 point. Diamond members will receive 2 points for every S$1 spent.
5. Is there a limit on the number of items/total value I can purchase?
No, there is no limit on the number of items or total value that you can purchase. Happy shopping!
6. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled if it has not been processed by our team. To make a cancellation request, kindly head over to our Self-Service Centre or email our friendly customer service team at [email protected] for assistance.
7. Can I use store credits?
Yes, you can!
However, items purchased using store credits cannot be returned or exchanged.
