1. The item I want is sold out. Will you be restocking it?
Yes, we will be restocking selected items during the sale. If you’d like to be notified if it’s restocked, please click on ‘Notify Me When Available’.
2. Can I use my member rewards and/or credit card promotion discount code during the Mega Sale?
No. We do not allow stacking of discounts during this period.
If you have redeemed a Crystal Club discount code or a Crystal Club gift voucher, you may use it from after 26 November 2023. Please note that gift redemptions are while stocks last.

3. Can I use my member rewards on fine jewellery (gldsmth) during the Mega Sale?
Yes. As our fine jewellery collection (gldsmth) is excluded from the sale, member rewards are accepted. When making your purchase online, everyday jewellery and fine jewellery items must be made in separate orders.
This is to fully utilise the Mega Sale discount on our everyday items, and your member rewards on fine jewellery items.
4. Will I still receive Crystal Club points on my purchases during the sale?
Yes! Simply log into your account and make a purchase. Every S$1 earns 1 point. Diamond and VIP Crystal Club members will receive 2 points for every S$1 spent.
5. Is there a limit on the number of items/total value I can purchase?
No, there is no limit on the number of items or total value that you can purchase. Happy shopping!
6. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled within 8 hours from the time of purchase. To make a cancellation request, kindly head over to our Self-Service Centre or email our friendly customer service team at [email protected] for assistance.
7. Can I use store credits?
Yes, simply input your loyalty code into the discount box and click apply to activate it. However, please note that items purchased using store credits cannot be returned or exchanged.
