Shopping In-stores
1. Do you have a particular item stocked at the store?
We strongly advise all customers to check stock availability before heading down to the stores to purchase. Simply locate the item on our website and click on ‘Stock Availability’ to check if your item is available in-stores.

2. Do you have the same selection online and in-stores?
Due to space constraints, we are unable to display the same product selection across all stores. To check if your item is available in-stores, simply locate the item on our website and click on ‘Stock Availability’.
3. Can I try jewellery on at the store?
Yes, you can – all shoppers are allowed to try on jewellery, except earrings. Alcohol swabs are used to sterilise each piece after every try.
4. Can I reserve a jewellery product that’s available at the store?
Due to the limited quantity of products, we are unable to reserve any items currently available at the store. Do visit the store as soon as possible before it's sold out!

5. Can I use store credits?
Yes, you can!
