Return, Repair, and Replacement
1. Are Mega Sale items eligible for returns and/or exchanges?
All items purchased using the Mega Sale 2023 promotion with a discount below 30% will be valid for return* or exchange. Learn more about our After Sales Service terms and conditions.
As it is the festive season, items purchased between 9 November 2023 and 26 November 2023 with a discount of less than 30% will receive an extension of after sales service* till 31 December 2023. Kindly proceed to our Self-Service Centre to request a return, exchange or replacement.
*Returns only apply in the form of store credits.
Please note that if you have made your purchase utilising store credits or gift cards, your items will not be valid for any returns or exchanges.
Due to the sale, please expect a delay of up to 3 business days for our team to work on your request.
2. The item I've received is wrong and/or damaged. Can I send them for repair or replacement?
Yes! Our team strives to provide quality jewellery, and we apologise for this incident. As long as your item is within our warranty period of 30 days and eligible, we will definitely be able to issue a replacement or repair for free.
Kindly head to our Self Service Centre to provide more information with regard to your case. Due to the sale, please expect a delay of up to 3 business days for our team to work on your request. We seek your understanding on this.
Please note that we do not provide exchange services for self-collection at our office.

In-Store After Sales Services
Please note that in-store exchanges and replacements are dependent on the product's in-store stock availability. Reservations of jewellery are not available in all stores.

In the event that your preferred design is unavailable in-store, we will be happy to assist you with a return as long as your item is under warranty and After Sales Service terms.
